I purchased my PRO™ mat from another retailer, is it still covered by the lifetime guarantee?Updated 7 months ago

Yes - If you have purchased a PRO™ series mat (PRO, PROlite, and PRO Travel) from an authorized third party retailer, the Lifetime Guarantee still applies. PRO mats purchased on Amazon must be sold and shipped by Amazon or Zappos - they are the only authorized retailers on Amazon. Mats purchased on eBay will not qualify for the Lifetime Guarantee. 

Because Manduka cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Lifetime Guarantee applies only to Manduka PRO, PROlite and PRO Travel mats  that were purchased from Manduka or a Manduka authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Manduka reserves the right to reject Lifetime Guarantee claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.  

To request a Lifetime Guarantee replacement, you can email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with photos of your mat, including the full mat laid out with the logo visible, the top of the mat, and the bottom of the mat. Proof of purchase is required for all Lifetime Guarantee replacements. Manduka will review the submission, determine if the PRO Series mat falls under our Lifetime Guarantee criteria, and provide further instruction.  You will receive a response to your inquiry within two business days.  You will be required to return your mat to Manduka at your cost
