- To start your return. Visit our returns portal here and enter your order number and email address.
- Select your item(s). Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and follow the prompts.
- Get your return label. A prepaid return label will be provided through the portal. Any applicable return fees will be shown before you complete your return.
- Pack your return. Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Ship your return. Affix the label and drop your package off with the designated carrier.
- A $5.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund
- Oversized mats are subject to a $40 return shipping fee
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
- Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for processing after receipt.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
- Items must be in resaleable condition and meet return eligibility requirements or may be returned without refund
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only (exchanges and store credit are not available)
