Where is my Letter of Medical Necessity?Updated 3 days ago

After completing the clinical intake form, your Letter of Medical Necessity will be available in your Truemed dashboard.

Most letters are issued within a few hours, but it can take up to 1–2 business days.

If you haven’t received it yet:

• Log into your Truemed dashboard to check the status
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure the intake form was fully completed
