My Package has been redirected to Manduka, what do I do?Updated 8 months ago

Packages are sometimes redirected back to our warehouse in British Columbia, this can occur due to the following reasons:

  • incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refused by recipient
  • illegible address
  • damaged in transit

If we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will contact you to find a suitable solution. 


If you see that your package has been redirected via your tracking number, then please reach out to [email protected] or by calling our Customer Care Team at 1.877.MANDUKA, M-F 8am to 5pm Pacific Time, and so that we can assist you.
