I have decided to return my mat, but I no longer have the original box. How do I ship it?
Using the original box for your return is always best, but if you no longer have the original packaging, the mat may be rolled in cardboard and securely taped. The return label can be affixed to the outside of the package. Please fill out the Return

No. Mats that have been used are not eligible for return. All returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition with original packaging and tags attached. Once a mat has been used, it cannot be resold.
