When can I expect a response to my email inquiry?Updated a year ago

The wait time is currently 3 business days for one of our Customer Care reps to respond to your email due to high volume.

If you would like to speak with someone or your matter is urgent, you can call our team at 1.877.MANDUKA (1.877.626.3852), press 1 for Customer Care and press 2 for Wholesale inquiries.  The Customer Care team is available M-F from 8am- 5 pm Pacific Time.  

If all representatives are already on the line with other customers, you can enter your phone number through our automated system to receive a callback as soon as someone is available.  You can also leave a voicemail message, and we will respond as soon as possible.
