There is an item missing from my delivery, what should I do?Updated a year ago

First, please ensure that the package was not damaged during transit or tampered with. 

Second, double check that you have unpacked all product(s) from the package. When possible, our warehouse packs items within or around softer articles to minimize damage during transit.
