I'm not satisfied with my mat and want to return it, but I've used it. What do I do?Updated 13 days ago
If you purchased your mat through Manduka.com and are within the return window, 30 days from receipt, please reach out to our Customer Care Team by emailing [email protected] to request a return label. Please allow 3 business days for review and response.
How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:
- Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package.
- Call or email our Customer Care Team at [email protected], 8am to 3pm Pacific Time, to obtain a prepaid FedEx label to return your package. Please note that Manduka does not offer prepaid return labels for the PRO Extra Large mats, Almost Perfect mats, or for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO & DPO addresses, and offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico.
- Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
- Drop the package off to the FedEx nearest you, and we will process your return within 7-10 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit are not available at this time. Read our full Return Policy here.
***Kindly note, Yoga Mat returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Over 30 days since you received your order.
- Item has been used, altered, cleaned, or damaged.
- PRO Series mats that have been salted.
- Almost Perfect yoga mats.
- Tags or packaging are not included in return.
- Mats are folded over or returned unrolled.
