I have not received my order yet, what do I do?Updated 11 days ago

Our aim is to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 

If the tracking number is showing your order was delivered, but you haven't received the package, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] or by calling us at 1.877.MANDUKA, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. 

If the status of your tracking number is showing as pending and has not changed in a few days, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier regarding your missed or delayed package. On the rare occasion that the package is deemed lost, we will find an appropriate solution.
