I have decided to return my mat, but I no longer have the original box. How do I ship it?Updated a year ago
Using the original box for your return is always best, but if you no longer have the original packaging, the mat may be rolled in cardboard and securely taped. The return label can be affixed to the outside of the package.
Please fill out the Return Form to include inside the package. Mats should be returned rolled in the manner they were received, and they must be free from damage, dirt, and marks.
Please be aware - the following mat returns are not accepted:
- Returns over 30 days for eKO® series, GRP® series, or Foundation Series Mats (returns over 45 days during end of year holiday period)
- Returns over 90 days for PRO™ series
