How long does the refund process take?Updated 13 days ago

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take approximately 7-10 days to process the return and refund your original form of payment.

Please note all items are subject to inspection. All items must be in resaleable condition and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  If the returned items do not pass inspection the package will be returned to you. 

Kindly note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable. Purchases made anywhere other than Manduka.com are not eligible for our return policy.  Visit our returns page on our website to read our Return Policy in full.
