How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:

1. Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package
2. Email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] to obtain a prepaid FedEx label to return your package. We’ll email your return label in approximately 2-3 business days. Please note that Manduka does not offer prepaid return labels for the PRO Extra Large mats, Almost perfect yoga mats, or for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO & DPO addresses, and offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico.
3. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package
4. Drop the package off to the FedEx nearest you, and we will process your return within 7-10 days of receipt.
5. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit are not available at this time.
