Can I return my Shala Rug for a refund?Updated 13 days ago

If you purchased your Shala Yoga Rug on Manduka.com and are within the return window, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.  You can absolutely return your Shala Rug under the following conditions: 

• Return is within the 30 day return window.
• Item is unused, unaltered, clean and undamaged.
• Item is in resalable condition.

How to return my item? Easy! Follow the steps below:

1. Simply fill out the return form and place it in your package.
2. Call or email our Customer Care Team at [email protected], 8am to 3pm Pacific Time, to obtain a prepaid FedEx label to return your package. Please note that Manduka does not offer prepaid return labels for the PRO Extra Large mats Almost Perfect mats, or for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO & DPO addresses, and offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico.
3. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
4. Drop the package off to the FedEx nearest you, and we will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt.
5. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit are not available at this time.
