How do I use my gift card?
Wonderful you have a Manduka Gift Card!. Simply apply the Gift Card code to the 'Gift card or discount code' field on the right side of your browser during check-out. Once you apply the code it will automatically adjust the pricing of your order.
Will my gift card expire?
Gift cards do not expire!.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
If you would like to know the balance left on your Gift Card, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] with the email on the Gift Card.
What can I use gift card on?
If you have received a Gift Card, then you are welcome to use this on our entire range of products!.
I lost my gift card, what should I do?

Can I return a product I purchased with my gift card?
Yes - product that you would like to return can still be returned when purchased with a Gift Card. For more information on our Return Policy, please see our Returns Page.
I returned an item purchased with a gift card. Will I be refunded on the original gift card?
Great question! If you purchased an order using a gift card, and you return items from that order or the entire order, a new gift card will be issued for the refunded amount.
Can I use my gift card on any Manduka website: Manduka US, Manduka Canada, or Manduka EU?

I have a wholesale account with Manduka, and my gift card is not working when I try to check out. How can I use my gift card?
Gift cards cannot be used with the Teacher PROgram or for Wholesale Accounts. To use your gift card, you will need to check out as a guest instead of logging into your PROgram or Wholesale Account.

Can I return the gift card I purchased/received for a cash refund?
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cash equivalent or be returned. However, the Gift Card does not have any expiration date! You can wait to use the Gift Card until you find a product you love on a later occasion.
I've changed my mind about using a gift card, can I return my gift card for a refund?
Gift cards are final sale purchases, and cannot be returned for a refund.
Can I use a coupon code I received to purchase a gift card at a discounted price?
No, promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to purchase a gift card.
